Selecting the topic

Select 15 – 25 photos/drawing/letters/certificates/textures etc for topic.

Think of themes here relating to emotion, colour, perspective etc.

Pre Production

· Prepare storyboard (sequence of photos/images, add audio refs and voice over generalisation – script can be worked out here too.
· Use template provided, manually or digitally; or layout actual pictures onto sheets of cardboard
· Select audio soundtrack (relevant to emotional mood of story)
· Script development if required (start with rough draft then dot points to match images: page double space should be enough)

Saving Files

Create File Management folders 0 as below

0 DST
0 Photos
0 Video
0 Voice over/narration
0 Soundtrack – music files
0 Extras - fabric, letters, hand drawn images etc
0 Storyboard (if digital)

Scan in all pictures/fabrics/items (150 dpi, .jpg)

Save these into the relevant folders (with a descriptive sequential name as preferred)
